AOC

AOC and Aliancys have officially merged to form a new combined company named 'AOC', creating a leading global supplier of polyester and vinyl ester formulations, gel coats, and other composites materials. The merger follows CVC Capital Partners' acquisition of AOC's parent company, The Alpha Corporation, which completed on August 1, 2018.

CVC Capital Partners Fund VI has signed a definitive agreement to acquire The Alpha Corporation, the holding company of AOC, LLC, a global producer of composite formulations. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.

AOC signed a distribution agreement with JRD Polymers Pvt. Ltd. to distribute AOC's full formulations portfolio, gelcoats and bonding pastes in India.
