Arlanxeo, a synthetic elastomer company, has selected Telefónica Business Solutions for a five-year global contract to deploy Network as a Service solutions across 11 countries and more than 20 production sites.

Imtex Membranes plans to build a $15 million demonstration plant on two acres at Arlanxeo's bio-industrial site in Sarnia, Ontario. Construction is expected to start in late summer 2019 and be operational within 12 to 15 months.

Saudi Aramco completed the acquisition of LANXESS's 50% interest in ARLANXEO, a synthetic rubber joint venture, for €1.5 billion, making it a wholly owned subsidiary.

A Dutch subsidiary of Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) notified the European Commission of its plan to acquire the remaining shares in Netherlands-based specialty chemicals company ARLANXEO Holding B.V.

Saudi Aramco agreed to acquire LANXESS's 50% interest in the ARLANXEO joint venture for €1.5 billion, making ARLANXEO a wholly owned subsidiary.
