ResMed announced significant expansion plans in Singapore, in collaboration with the Singapore Economic Development Board, to strengthen manufacturing and research capabilities, including expanding production capacity and further developing its Digital Science and Artificial Intelligence Lab.

ResMed announced the acquisition of privately held Somnoware, a U.S. leader in sleep and respiratory care diagnostics software. The acquisition expands ResMed's sleep management software solution. The purchase price was not disclosed.

ResMed completed its acquisition of Propeller Health, a digital therapeutics company for COPD and asthma, for $225 million in cash. Propeller will operate as a standalone business within ResMed's Respiratory Care portfolio.

ResMed Operations signed an agreement on November 5, 2018, to acquire MatrixCare Holdings, a provider of software for the post-acute care market, with the merger effective November 13, 2018.
