ResMed announced a definitive agreement to acquire MEDIFOX DAN, a German leader in out-of-hospital software solutions, from Hg for approximately US$1 billion. The acquisition will expand ResMed's SaaS business into Germany.

Auvesy GmbH and MDT Software, Inc. have merged their operations to form Auvesy-MDT, a global software provider for industrial automation. The combined entity will operate under a single brand and product roadmap.
