ST Engineering received CFIUS approval for its $440 million acquisition of Middle River Aircraft Systems (MRAS) from General Electric. The deal is expected to close this week.

ST Engineering has received anti-trust approvals for its $630 million acquisition of MRA Systems from GE, pending clearance from the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, with closing expected in Q2 2019.
