Crane Company agreed to acquire the U.S. pump business of Trillium Flow Technologies, which serves municipal water and wastewater markets, for about $240 million. Closing is expected in Q4 2026.
Crane Company has acquired Vian Enterprises, a designer and manufacturer of multi-stage lubrication pumps for aerospace and defense applications, for approximately $103 million on a cash-free, debt-free basis. Vian had about $33 million trailing 12-month sales.
