Nederman

Nederman has acquired 100% of Luwa Air Engineering AG, a global leader in textile air engineering, for CHF 28.5 million, with an additional CHF 5.7 million due in two years.

Nederman has acquired Auburn FilterSense LLC for approximately USD 5.75 million, with a potential earn-out of up to USD 2.5 million. Auburn FilterSense, which had a turnover of USD 6.2 million in 2017 and employs about 30 people, will become part of Nederman's Insight organization.
