Nimbus acquires HOERBIGER reed valve business
HOERBIGER agreed to sell its reed valve business, including Hoerbiger Kompressortechnik GmbH in Schongau, Germany, to Dutch industrial holding Nimbus. Nimbus takes over about 300 employees; completion is subject to antitrust approval and the price was not disclosed.

Nimbus acquires Hoerbiger's Kompressortechnik compressor components unit
German industrial holding Nimbus agreed to acquire the Kompressortechnik unit of Hoerbiger, which makes compressor components for refrigeration and brake air systems, with operations in Germany, China and India and about 300 employees, mostly in Schongau. Closing is expected in early 2026; the price was not disclosed.
