AEQUITA SE & Co KGaA agreed to acquire Moriroku Technology De Mexico S.A. De C.V. from Moriroku Holdings Company, Ltd. The transaction is expected to close on April 30, 2025.

Moriroku Holdings announced it will construct a new factory for its subsidiary Shikoku Kako in Higashikagawa City, Kagawa Prefecture, Japan, with an investment of 30 billion yen, to manufacture functional medical films and increase capacity by 36%.
