AEQUITA SE & Co. KGaA has agreed to acquire ZF Friedrichshafen AG's global Electronic Interfaces product line, which develops gearshift systems, actuators and haptic controls for the automotive industry. The transaction includes approximately 750 employees across Germany, China, Mexico and the USA.

AEQUITA SE & Co. KGaA has reached a binding agreement to fully acquire IFA Group, a specialist in drive shafts for automotive OEMs. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of March 2022.
