Balcke-Dürr Group

Balcke Dürr Group, a subsidiary of Mutares Group, completed the acquisition of selective assets of the now-defunct Salvatore Trifone and Figli S.p.A., including a French service entity, to expand its product range in heat exchangers, condensers and feedwater heaters for the nuclear power generation space.

Balcke-Dürr Group, a Mutares subsidiary, signed an agreement to purchase the Heat Transfer Product division of STF from the Trifone family. The unit is based in Magenta, Italy, and supplies engineered solutions to the power industry. Closing is expected by June 2018.
