The Belgian Competition Authority approved the acquisition of Sabena Aerospace Engineering and SABCA by Sabena Aerospace and SFPI on June 16, 2020.

Sfpi Group announced the acquisition of Italian company CIPRIANI PHE, specialized in gasketed plate heat exchangers, to strengthen its HVAC equipment sector.

French industrial group SFPI, through its subsidiary Delta Neu, acquired JKF Industri A/S, a Danish supplier of process ventilation systems, from Maj Invest Equity and other shareholders. Financial terms were not disclosed.
