WorleyParsons to buy Jacobs energy, chemicals and resources business for $3.3B
Jacobs Engineering signed an agreement with WorleyParsons to sell its energy, chemicals and resources businesses for $3.3 billion, consisting of $2.6 billion cash and $700 million in WorleyParsons shares.
