Shanghai Huahong Group

Hua Hong Semiconductor Limited entered into an acquisition agreement to acquire a 97.5% stake in Shanghai Huali Microelectronics Corporation from a group of shareholders including Shanghai Huahong (Group) Co., Ltd. for CNY 9.4 billion on August 29, 2025. The consideration will be paid via shares and cash.

Shanghai Huahong Group will build several 12-inch integrated circuit production lines in Wuxi, Jiangsu, with a total investment of USD 10 billion. The first phase will have a monthly capacity of about 40,000 chips.
