Elevion Group and RDR SpA Società Benefit announced a strategic partnership to offer integrated water and energy solutions for industrial sustainability in the Italian market.

Elevion Group acquired Alexander Ochs Group, a Karlsruhe-based HVAC supplier, expanding its portfolio in heating, air conditioning, and ventilation technology in southwestern Germany.

CEZ Group, through its subsidiary ČEZ ESCO, acquired Elevion, a German provider of multi-technical building services and energy services, from DPE Deutsche Private Equity. The acquisition marks CEZ's entry into the German ESCO market.
