Bosch plans to invest EUR 100 million at its Aveiro plant in Portugal to increase heat pump production, reported in November 2023.
Fidelium portfolio company Evamo acquired the steering and transmission pump business of Bosch Automotive Steering through a carve-out, with NETWORK advising on the external financing. Evamo has about 900 employees across six sites.
