DPE Deutsche Private Equity

DPE Deutsche Private Equity acquired a majority stake in M-Sicherheitsbeteiligungen GmbH, the holding company of Mehler Vario System, a European manufacturer of protective vests and vehicle protective equipment based in Fulda, Germany.

CEZ Group, through its subsidiary ČEZ ESCO, acquired Elevion, a German provider of multi-technical building services and energy services, from DPE Deutsche Private Equity. The acquisition marks CEZ's entry into the German ESCO market.
