Iberchem

Iberchem Group, part of Croda International, announced it has signed an agreement to acquire French fragrance house Parfex S.A. in Grasse, France, to enhance its sustainable fragrance offerings and create a new fine fragrance centre.

Croda International Plc agreed to acquire Iberchem, a Spanish fragrances and flavours company, for €820 million on a debt-free, cash-free basis. Iberchem was majority-owned by Eurazeo.

Croda PLC has acquired Iberchem, a Spanish fragrances and flavours company, for £736 million, funded partly by a £600 million placing and retail offer.

Iberchem Group has entered into an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Versachem, a South African flavours and colours company headquartered in Pretoria. Financial terms were not disclosed.

French investment firm Eurazeo acquired a 70% stake in Spanish flavours and fragrances company Iberchem for €270 million. Iberchem operates 11 manufacturing facilities and is active in over 100 countries.
