Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems completed installation and commissioning of natural gas-fired GTCC facilities for the Jawa-2 Project at Tanjung Priok Power Plant in Indonesia, ahead of schedule.

PT Crompton Prima Switchgear Indonesia, a joint venture of CG Power and PT PLN, inaugurated Indonesia's first High Voltage and Extra High Voltage switchgear factory at the Modern Cikande Industrial Estate in Banten, Indonesia.

Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems has completed construction of Unit 1 of the 880 MW Jawa-2 natural-gas-fired power plant at Tanjung Priok, Indonesia. Unit 1 is initially operating as a simple gas turbine system with output near 300 MW. Combined cycle operation is slated for 2019.

CG Power Systems Indonesia, a subsidiary of CG Power & Industrial Solutions, has won an order worth IDR 744 billion (Rs 335 crore) from Indonesian state utility PT PLN for 64 power transformers. The project is to be completed by December 2018.

Wärtsilä will deliver gensets and equipment for a 240 MW peaking power plant in Lhokseumawe, Aceh, Indonesia, under a contract with TSK. The plant is expected to be fully operational in the first half of 2019.
