Cosel plans to construct a new R&D building at its headquarters site, with construction starting in July 2017 and completion targeted for 2018. The investment is over ¥1 billion.

Cosel announced a medium-term management plan on June 13, 2017, investing approximately ¥5 billion over three years to boost production capacity for semiconductor manufacturing equipment and factory automation, and to build a new R&D building at its headquarters.
