Sony Semiconductor Solutions Corporation

Sony Semiconductor Solutions has acquired Mido Holdings Ltd, a network virtualisation technology developer, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary to combine virtualisation with image sensor technology for edge computing.

Sony Semiconductor Solutions and E Ink Holdings formed a joint venture to develop, manufacture and sell e-paper display products. The JV is headquartered in Taiwan with a Japanese subsidiary, and has paid-in capital of NT$420 million ($13.7 million).

E Ink Holdings and Sony Semiconductor Solutions agreed to establish a joint venture to plan, design, develop, manufacture, and sell electronic paper display products. The JV is registered in Taiwan with a paid-in capital of NTD 420 million.
