Subros received a new business award worth about Rs 1,280 crore from Maruti Suzuki India for locally made electric compressors for EV and hybrid programmes, with supplies over nearly seven years.

Subros has been awarded a new business contract to supply local electric compressors to Maruti Suzuki India for EV and hybrid vehicles, valued at about Rs 1,280 crore over roughly seven years.

Subros Limited received confirmation of a new business award to supply local electric compressors to Maruti Suzuki India for EV and hybrid programs, worth about INR 12,800 million over roughly seven years.

TD Deutsche Klimakompressor broke ground on its sixth construction phase in Straßgräbchen, Saxony, adding about 20,000 square metres and a high-bay warehouse, with completion planned for late 2024 and annual shipments rising from 6 to 8 million units.

Michigan Automotive Compressor (MACI), a Toyota Industries and DENSO joint venture, plans a $82 million investment to install new production processes at its Parma facility to produce electric vehicle technology products, retaining 241 jobs.

Denso and Aisan signed an agreement under which Aisan takes over Denso's fuel pump module business and acquires Denso's equity stake in Kyosan Denso Manufacturing Kentucky (KDMK) in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky. The deal is subject to antitrust approval.

DENSO is investing $190 million in its Athens, Tennessee facility to add four production lines and 320 jobs for fuel injection and fuel pump parts. The announcement was made on 28 February 2018.

DENSO will expand its Maryville, Tennessee operations, investing $1 billion and creating about 1,000 jobs to make the Blount County facility a primary North American manufacturing center for electrification and safety systems.
