Alkern Group announced the acquisition of the ADG Béton group, which includes two sites in Rosières aux Salines and Mersuay, France, with 60 employees and over €15 million turnover, to strengthen its water management offerings.

Hoffmann Green Cement signed a contract to supply its decarbonated cements to the Alkern Group, with a volume commitment of 14,000 tonnes until end of 2027, for producing pavers, kerbs and street furniture.

Chequers Capital has acquired a majority stake in Alkern, a French-Belgian precast concrete products manufacturer, from Fondations Capital. The deal is supported by a €75 million unitranche debt facility.
