Imkan appointed Sogea Maroc to a three-year, $81.6 million contract to build the first phase of Le Carrousel, a mixed-use development in Rabat, Morocco. The contract covers residential areas, seafront promenade, and retail outlets.

Eurovia, a VINCI subsidiary, signed an agreement to acquire the Lane Asphalt Plants & Paving division of Lane Construction from Salini Impregilo Group for $555 million, adding about 40 asphalt plants and several quarries in 10 US states.

Eurovia, a subsidiary of Vinci, acquired Pavages Chenail, a Quebec-based public works company with 200 employees and 70 million CAD in 2017 revenue. The acquisition strengthens Eurovia's presence in Quebec.

Eurovia, a subsidiary of VINCI, agreed to acquire a 75% stake in TREV-2 Grupp from BaltCap. The indicative closing date is planned for the end of June 2018.
