Arrowhead Engineered Products Inc.

Arrowhead Engineered Products, parent of Western Power Sports and All Balls Racing Group, acquired Bihr, a European distributor of parts and accessories for motorcycles, ATVs, scooters and bicycles. Bihr is headquartered in Kontich, Belgium.

Arrowhead Engineered Products has entered into an agreement to acquire all equity of Bihr, a European distributor of parts and accessories for motorcycles, ATVs, bicycles, and scooters. The transaction is expected to close in Q3 2022.

Arrowhead Engineered Products has acquired ratioparts, a distributor of aftermarket parts for outdoor power equipment based in Euskirchen, Germany.

Ariens Co. agreed to sell its aftermarket parts business, including the Stens and JThomas Parts brands, to Arrowhead Engineered Products Inc. The sale is expected to close by end of 2016.
