Thermador Groupe acquired 100% of Quilinox, a distributor of stainless-steel pumps, valves and flowmeters based in Paterna, Valencia, Spain, on 30 September 2025. The deal was valued at EUR 10.9 million and paid in cash.
Sodeco Valves, part of Thermador Groupe, signed on August 9, 2024 to acquire the business of Vena Contracta, a Belgian maker of specialty industrial valves, for €1 million paid in cash. Vena Contracta reported sales of €1.4 million in 2023.
Thermador Groupe announced exclusive negotiations with the shareholder of regional competitor Eurobinox to buy back its shares. Eurobinox, based near Lyon, makes valves, fittings and tubes and had turnover of EUR 14.5 million last year.
Sferaco, a subsidiary of Thermador Groupe, has opened negotiations to buy 100% of Groupe Valfit, a Bussy Saint-Georges company that sells connectors, meters and valves to wholesalers, with a deal targeted by end of January 2018. Valfit reported 2016 turnover of EUR 5.9 million. No price was disclosed.
