Thermador enters exclusive negotiations to buy back Eurobinox shares
Thermador Groupe announced exclusive negotiations with the shareholder of regional competitor Eurobinox to buy back its shares. Eurobinox, based near Lyon, makes valves, fittings and tubes and had turnover of EUR 14.5 million last year.
