TT Electronics completed an expansion of its Bedlington, UK facility, adding an ISO 7 clean room over 1,000 sq. m, as part of a £1.6 million investment to increase manufacturing capacity for microelectronics and sensors.

TT Electronics plc entered into a definitive merger agreement to acquire Torotel, Inc. for $43.4 million in cash. Torotel specializes in custom high reliability magnetics assemblies for aerospace and defense applications.
