Boyd Corporation announced an expanded presence in North America with a newly built 40,000 sq. meter facility in Juarez, Mexico, featuring automated manufacturing for thermal management and engineered material solutions.

Boyd Corporation, an industry leader in thermal management and environmental sealing, acquired PiMEMS, an advanced R&D organization developing titanium micro technologies and ultra-thin devices. The acquisition adds intellectual property in micro and nano metal fabrication to Boyd's portfolio.
