Maxim Crane Works

Maxim Crane Works is acquiring Solley Equipment & Rigging, an Alabama-based crane rental company with three locations. No financial details were disclosed.

Maxim Crane Works has entered into an agreement to acquire Boston-based Shaughnessy & Ahern Co and S&A Cranes.

Maxim Crane Works has acquired B&G Crane Service, a subsidiary of NCSG based in New Orleans, Louisiana. The acquisition includes B&G's fleet of more than 150 cranes and branches in Louisiana and Texas.

Maxim Crane Works acquired the assets of Cincinnati-based Tri-State Crane. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Maxim Crane Works opened a $4.71 million, 17,000-square-foot office in Wilder, Campbell County, Kentucky, consolidating operations and creating 100 full-time jobs. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on March 15, 2018.

Maxim Crane Works and Essex Rental Corp have entered into a stock purchase agreement, in which Maxim will acquire Coast Crane Company, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Essex.
