B&G Crane Service

NCSG Crane & Heavy Haul Corporation, through a subsidiary, signed a stock purchase agreement to acquire 100% of B&G Crane Holdings, Inc., a crane services and heavy haul transportation provider in Louisiana and Texas. The deal value was not disclosed.

Maxim Crane Works has entered into an agreement to acquire Boston-based Shaughnessy & Ahern Co and S&A Cranes.

Maxim Crane Works has acquired B&G Crane Service, a subsidiary of NCSG based in New Orleans, Louisiana. The acquisition includes B&G's fleet of more than 150 cranes and branches in Louisiana and Texas.
