Weland AB has signed an agreement to acquire 91% of Andon Robotics AB and Svets & Robotteknik i Småland AB, two companies specializing in robotics and welding solutions.

Weland AB has invested 60 million Swedish kronor in a new fully automated production line with punching and panel bending machines at its facility in Gislaved, Sweden. The line can process coils and is one of the most modern in its class in Sweden.
