HANZA has completed the acquisition and taken possession of five factories from contract manufacturer Fortaco, located in Finland, Estonia and Poland. The acquired operations add approximately 1,300 employees and annual sales of about SEK 1.9 billion, strengthening HANZA's heavy mechanics and complex assembly capabilities.
