Indorama Ventures Public Co. Ltd.

Indorama Ventures Public Co. Ltd, through its subsidiary Wellman International Ltd, acquired French plastics recycler Sorepla Technologie SA and its subsidiary Sorepla Industrie. Financial details were not disclosed. Sorepla has a capacity of 52,000 tonnes of recycled plastics per annum.

Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a 65.72% stake in Avgol Industries, an Israel-based nonwovens manufacturer, for $1.62 per share. The transaction is expected to be completed during the second half of 2018.

Indorama Ventures Public Co. Ltd., through its U.S. subsidiary, is bidding as a stalking horse to buy M&G Polymers USA LLC's PET plant in Apple Grove, West Virginia, and R&D site in Sharon Center, Ohio, for $10 million. The sale is subject to bankruptcy court approval.

Indorama has agreed to acquire DuPont Teijin Films, a joint venture between DowDuPont and Teijin, for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition includes eight production sites in the US, Europe, and Asia, and an innovation center in the UK.

Toyobo Europe GmbH will transfer its European Breathair operations to PHP Fibers GmbH, a joint venture of Toyobo and Indorama Ventures, effective September 1, 2017.

C. A. Litzler Co. Inc. received an order to design and build a 100/125 meter per minute double dip Tire Cord Dip Line for Performance Fibers in Kaiping, China. Performance Fibers is a division of Indorama Ventures.
