M&G Polymers USA LLC

Far Eastern New Century Corporation (FENC) won the bid for the M&G Polymers USA LLC PET production plant in Apple Grove, West Virginia, for about $34 million. The acquisition includes a research center in Ohio and gives FENC its first resin production plant in the United States.

Indorama Ventures Public Co. Ltd., through its U.S. subsidiary, is bidding as a stalking horse to buy M&G Polymers USA LLC's PET plant in Apple Grove, West Virginia, and R&D site in Sharon Center, Ohio, for $10 million. The sale is subject to bankruptcy court approval.
