Avgol Industries

Indorama Ventures will acquire Kordarna, a European tire cord fabric producer, and a 65.72% stake in Avgol Industries, a global nonwovens manufacturer, for US$1.62 per share.

Indorama Ventures has agreed to acquire Sorepla Industrie S.A., a French plastics recycler with a combined capacity of 52,000 tonnes per year and 58 employees. The deal expands its food-grade rPET supply in Europe.

Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a 65.72% stake in Avgol Industries, an Israel-based nonwovens manufacturer, for $1.62 per share. The transaction is expected to be completed during the second half of 2018.
