TTS ASA Group

Norway's TTS Group was awarded a NOK 102 million (USD 11.7 million) contract by Cosco (Dalian) Shipyard in China for five sets of cargo cranes and hatch covers.

Cargotec's subsidiary MacGregor received clearance from the German Federal Cartel Office for its acquisition of the marine and offshore businesses of TTS Group ASA, announced on November 8, 2018.

Karachi Shipyards & Engineering Works (KSEW) signed a $29.8 million contract with TTS Group for a 9,000-ton capacity Syncrolift ship lift-and-transfer system. The system is expected to be delivered in the first half of 2019.

Denmark-based Novatech ApS completed the acquisition of Finland's TTS Liftec Oy AB from TTS ASA Group for €5.8 million including net cash, plus an earn-out. The acquisition expands Novatech's product portfolio in heavy-duty transportation equipment.
