Haitian Precision

Haitian Precision announced it will invest 1 billion yuan to build a high-end CNC machine tool intelligent production base in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, including a production base for key components and an innovation center.

Haitian International's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Haitian Plastic Machinery signed an agreement with Haitian Precision to purchase automatic processing lines, CNC lathes, machining centers and related equipment for a total consideration of approximately CNY 177 million, to be used for manufacturing injection molding machine components.

Haitian International's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Haitian Plastics Machinery has entered into an equipment purchase agreement with Haitian Precision to buy automatic processing lines, CNC lathes, machining centers and related equipment for a total consideration of approximately CNY 41.73 million.
