The WH Scott Group, a UK lifting and engineering company, has acquired EPMC Europe Crane Solutions, a Dutch specialist in onshore and offshore cranes based in Amsterdam and Rotterdam. This is WH Scott's first acquisition in mainland Europe.

Hitma of Uithoorn completed the takeover of compressor and compressed-air specialist Verboon Compressoren of Nootdorp, effective 1 July 2026. Operations continue at the Nootdorp site under the existing name.

Vosair Compressortechniek acquired 100% of the shares of Hidding Air Power Systems B.V. of Emmen, a compressed-air systems specialist, strengthening its position in northern Netherlands.

Krones acquired all shares of Deventer-based Can Systems Worldwide, which makes can-end handling machinery. CSW has 35 full-time staff and generated about EUR 20 million in revenue in 2024.

BEGE Power Transmission B.V. acquired pump and sealing specialist Komak Fluid Technology B.V., expanding its pump portfolio for maritime, aquaculture, petrochemical and food industries. The deal was announced on 5 February 2025.

Atlas Copco announced it will acquire Perslucht Wilda, a Woudenberg-based compressor distributor with 9 employees, to extend its aftersales presence in the Netherlands. The purchase price was not disclosed and closing is expected in Q4 2024.

Xebec Adsorption sold its subsidiary Green Vision Holding, parent of HyGear Technology and Services, to Hydrogen Solutions B.V., an affiliate of HoSt Holding, as part of its sale process announced on 7 February 2023. No value was disclosed.

Swedish Dacke Industri completed the acquisition of 70% of Tecair B.V., a pneumatic systems and components maker in Drachten, Netherlands, on December 8, 2022. The current owner keeps the remaining 30%.

Atlas Copco agreed to acquire Geveke B.V., an Amsterdam-based distributor and engineer of process pump and compressor systems, for an enterprise value of EUR 80 million in cash. Geveke had about 173 employees and EUR 61 million revenue in 2021. Closing was expected in Q2 2022.

BHS Corrugated has taken over all shares of Universal Corrugated B.V. from Minda Industrieanlagen, effective September 2020. Uwe Leopold was appointed Managing Director of the Almelo, Netherlands plant, which employs almost 40 people.

Spanish packaging machinery maker Boix Maquinaria agreed on 20 March 2018 to buy the remaining 50% of Boix Europe B.V. from Gremio Vitalis, making it the sole owner of its European distributor. Boix Europe's management stays in place.

Belvac Production Machinery has acquired Rosario Handel B.V., doing business as Rosario Can Technology, based in Dongen, Netherlands. Rosario makes can decorators and base coating machinery and provides rebuild and replacement-parts services.

Uhlmann Packaging Systems L.P. of Towaco, New Jersey acquired Cremer Speciaalmachines B.V., a Dutch manufacturer of counting and packaging systems based in Lisse. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Uhlmann Pac-Systeme & Co has acquired a controlling interest in Cremer Speciaalmachines, a Lisse-based maker of pharmaceutical product counting machines with about 140 employees, effective 1 January 2017.
