Boix Maquinaria acquires 100% of Boix Europe from Gremio Vitalis
Spanish packaging machinery maker Boix Maquinaria agreed on 20 March 2018 to buy the remaining 50% of Boix Europe B.V. from Gremio Vitalis, making it the sole owner of its European distributor. Boix Europe's management stays in place.
