German paper and packaging group Palm Group acquired a 50% interest in Power Packaging, which runs a corrugated cardboard packaging plant in Nýrsko, Czech Republic. The move aims to broaden Palm's tailored corrugated packaging capabilities. Reported on 26 November 2025.

Czech Competition Authority cleared the acquisition of corrugated cardboard packaging maker Van de Velde Packaging Unipap by MAM Finance, a joint investment vehicle of BHS Private Equity Fund, Versute Investments and MAM Private Equity fund SICAV.

Two Czech private equity funds, BHS Private Equity Fund and MAM Private Equity Fund, are acquiring equal stakes in Pardubice-based industrial paper packaging maker Unipap from Belgian owner Van de Velde Packaging. The deal value is reported as in the mid-to-high hundreds of millions of Czech crowns.

E. Hofmann Plastics acquired Czech packaging maker PAP Packaging from Italy's Manfreplast in Liquidazione in an auction linked to the seller's liquidation. The deal prevented insolvency and kept production running.

2JCP a.s. and its subsidiary 2JCP Třebíč a.s. merged into one legal entity on April 1, 2024, combining engineering and manufacturing for low-emission energy projects in Račice and Třebíč, Czech Republic.

Van De Velde Packaging acquired Unipap A.S., a Czech maker of industrial corrugated packaging and foam products with about EUR 25 million revenue in 2021. The deal, advised by Adpario Partners, is Van De Velde's first step into the Czech market.

Industrial distributor Rubix, a portfolio company of Advent International, acquired SEALL s.r.o., a Chomutov-based hydraulics and pneumatics distributor with five Czech locations and 65 employees.

Colfax agreed to acquire CKD Kompresory a.s. of Prague from CKD Group for approximately $57 million including debt, to be merged into Howden as Howden CKD Compressors. Closing is expected in the fourth quarter.

DevCo Partners signed an agreement to acquire ARMATURY Group, a Czech industrial valve manufacturer with about 550 employees and revenue of about EUR 60m, to combine it with its Vexve valve business.
