Rubix has completed its acquisition of ERIKS UK & Ireland, an industrial distributor with a specialist flow technology offer including hoses, valves and sealing products.
Rubix S.p.A. has completed the merger by incorporation of Barlotti S.r.l., a Sala Bolognese plastics processing company with over 40 employees and annual revenue above EUR 10 million, which Rubix had acquired in March 2020.
Industrial distributor Rubix, a portfolio company of Advent International, acquired SEALL s.r.o., a Chomutov-based hydraulics and pneumatics distributor with five Czech locations and 65 employees.
Rubix Group acquired 100% of Barlotti S.r.l., a Bologna-based company active since 1981 in thermoplastic processing and technology for food, pharmaceutical, bottling and packaging industries. SCOA advised the Barlotti family, and founder Bruno Barlotti remains as Managing Director.
Barlotti Srl, a 30-year-old industrial distributor in Sala Bolognese near Bologna, joined the Rubix Group through its Minetti Spa brand in March 2020. The announcement is dated March 24, 2020.
Minetti SpA, a Rubix Group brand, has acquired Brescia-based industrial components distributor Fluidmec SpA under an agreement signed on 31 July 2019, combining know-how in pneumatics, hydraulics, automation and seals.
