CKD Corporation to open first US production site in Austin, Texas
Japan-based CKD Corporation will establish its first U.S. production site in Austin, Texas, with a $13 million investment creating up to 70 jobs. The facility will make fluid control components for the semiconductor industry and is scheduled to start operations in Fall 2021.

Colfax to acquire CKD Kompresory from CKD Group for about $57 million
Colfax agreed to acquire CKD Kompresory a.s. of Prague from CKD Group for approximately $57 million including debt, to be merged into Howden as Howden CKD Compressors. Closing is expected in the fourth quarter.
