Palm Group takes 50% stake in Czech packaging firm Power Packaging
German paper and packaging group Palm Group acquired a 50% interest in Power Packaging, which runs a corrugated cardboard packaging plant in Nýrsko, Czech Republic. The move aims to broaden Palm's tailored corrugated packaging capabilities. Reported on 26 November 2025.

MSI Express, backed by HCI Equity Partners, acquired contract packager Power Packaging on December 31, 2019, and announced it on January 7, 2020. Power has four facilities in the Chicago area, Wisconsin and Texas, and takes the combined platform to 12 production facilities.
