Aalberts sold BROEN A/S, a Danish valve manufacturer with about 500 employees and plants in Denmark, Poland and the United States, to Vexve Oy, a DevCo Partners portfolio company.
Vexve Armatury Group acquired 95.5% of ZMK Technologies GmbH, a Düren-based maker of petrochemical valves, from Advanced Holdings and the founders. ZMK's operations continue in Düren.
DevCo Partners signed an agreement to acquire ARMATURY Group, a Czech industrial valve manufacturer with about 550 employees and revenue of about EUR 60m, to combine it with its Vexve valve business.
