Kawasaki Heavy Industries awarded contract to convert gas turbine for hydrogen co-firing at Chevron Phillips Chemical plant

Kawasaki Heavy Industries, through its subsidiary Kawasaki Gas Turbine Europe GmbH, received an order from Chevron Phillips Chemical International N.V. to convert a 1.8MW natural gas turbine cogeneration system at the Tessenderlo plant in Belgium to co-fire up to 30% hydrogen.
