Lhoist and Martin Marietta Materials announced a definitive agreement to combine Lhoist North America with Martin Marietta. The transaction will make FGI, the Berghmans Family holding, Martin Marietta's largest single shareholder with board representation. Lhoist's businesses in other regions remain family-owned.
