Ton Dong A held the groundbreaking ceremony for Factory No. 4 at Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park, Ho Chi Minh City. The first phase, with 300,000 tons annual capacity, is expected to start operations in 2027, as part of a 1.2-million-ton expansion strategy.
