Nymølle Stenindustrier

Cementir Holding NV has completed the acquisition of the full share capital of Nymølle Stenindustrier A/S through its Danish subsidiary Aalborg Portland Holding A/S.

Cementir Holding, through its subsidiary Aalborg Portland Holding, has agreed to acquire 100% of Nymølle Stenindustrier, a Danish aggregates player, for an enterprise value of DKK 900 million (approx. EUR 120 million). The transaction is expected to close by Q3 2026.
