steute Technologies, a portfolio company of Battery Ventures, completed the acquisition of Electro-Sensors, a U.S.-based leader in industrial safety and machine monitoring, expanding its North American capabilities.

steute Technologies GmbH & Co. KG will acquire Electro-Sensors, Inc. for $7.75 per share in cash, valuing the deal at a premium of approximately 75%. Electro-Sensors will become a wholly owned subsidiary of steute.

steute Technologies, backed by Battery Ventures, has acquired KIEPE Industry, a German specialist in industrial switching for bulk handling, from Kiepe Electric GmbH. The acquisition expands steute's industrial safety product portfolio.

steute Technologies, backed by Battery Ventures, acquired Netherlands-based medical device specialist Oldelft Ultrasound from Smile Invest. The deal expands steute's medtech capabilities.
